In my spare time, I love spending time with my wife, two children and family dog. I also enjoy camping, golf and softball. I have a passion for DYI projects so I am usually involved with indoor and outdoor upgrades around my home.

My name is Sarah Dodge! I am proud to have followed my mother, my aunt and my grandmother into real estate. I attended Washburn Rural High School for three years, and finished high school in California. Two weeks after graduation, I began as an escrow assistant for Fieldstone Escrow in Calabasas, CA. I soon moved up to closings. In 2012, I returned to Topeka, and became a licensed Realtor. I met a lot of great people and loved the experience, however I missed working on the closing end of the deal. That’s when I was offered this great position with Lawyers Title.
I’ve been with the company since 2014, and love to be back in closings! When I’m not in the office, I’m an outdoor girl! I have 2 rambunctious dogs, and ride horses about three times a week, and more if the weather permits. I can often be found at Ravenwood Lodge helping my friends, the Corbet family. I enjoy meeting new people.

I joined Lawyers Title of Kansas in 2016 as a closer for the Wabaunsee County Title office. I have 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate industry. Prior to working for Lawyers Title of Kansas, I was a real estate loan officer which made the transition to being a closer seamless as I was very familiar with the process. I enjoy working for Lawyers Title of Kansas as we take pride in putting out quality work and helping our customers meet their real estate needs.
Being active in the community is important to me which is why over the years I have served on several local boards and am active in our chamber of commerce. My husband and I have two daughters in college and keep busy raising show cattle and golfing.
